dc.description | In the framework of rock art research by the Belgian mission of the Royal Museums of Art and History (Brussels) at the site of el-Hosh, an intact Predynastic tomb was discovered during excavations in 2004. Further research in 2005, in which the honouree of this Festschrift also participated, revealed additional information with regard to the existence of an hitherto unknown Predynastic cemetery as well as for settlement activity at this Upper Egyptian site. | en_US |
