| dc.description | Since the first record, in 2006, of Saitis barbipes (Simon, 1868) in Belgium, numerous observations were accumulated in various naturalist observation platforms such as Waarnemingen.be. This note intends to update the status of Saitis barbipes to "established" in Belgium. A brief description is provided and detailed illustrations of specimens collected in the Jean Massart Botanical Garden (Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium) are presented. Its distribution in Belgium and surroundings is also discussed. | |
