| dc.description | This AGORA project aims at studying and measuring the phenomenon of poverty in Belgium, and, more specifically, in the rural world for which few data are available. In opposition to many other studies, this project favours a quantitative analysis of this phenomenon. Those studies identify disadvantaged neighbourhoods (or rather disadvantaged statistical sectors1) on the basis of a combination of indicators calculated at the level of the territorial entity and reflecting social difficulties within a statistical sector. | |
