| dc.description | (FR) Les mouvements féminins chrétiens et socialistes ont joué un grand rôle dans le renouvellement des milieux d’accueil de la petite enfance en Belgique francophone au tournant des années 1970. Cet article propose de porter un regard « par le bas » sur ces luttes politiques, pour révéler les dynamiques d’évolution des discours, les rapports des dirigeantes à leurs services sur le terrain, les marges de manoeuvre des militantes, et ainsi mettre au jour des points de rencontres. Notre hypothèse est que dans leur rapport au terrain, les mouvements féminins offrent à voir les formes d’une dépilarisation : des porosités inattendues et des écarts aux lignes des partis, ancrés dans des préoccupations communes, parmi lesquelles les droits des femmes. | en_US |
| dc.description | (EN) Catholic and socialist women’s movements played an important role in the renewal of early childhood services in French-speaking Belgium at the turn of the 1970s. This article takes a ‘bottom-up’ look at their political struggles in order to reveal the dynamics of changing discourses, the relationship between leaders and their services in the field, and the agency of activists, as well as shed light on similarities between the different movements. We argue that the relationship between these women’s movements on the ground provides us with a glimpse of de-pillarisation that manifested in unexpected porosities in and departures from party lines which were rooted in shared concerns, including women’s rights. | en_US |

Dit artikel werpt een ‘bottom-up’ blik op deze politieke strijd, in een poging de dynamieken van veranderende discours, de relatie tussen leiders en hun diensten op het terrein en de plaats voor activisten bloot te leggen en op die manier ontmoetingspunten te ontdekken.
