This document is an extensive summary of an outcome and recidivism study of the Ghent drug treatment court (hereafter DTC). The study was funded by the Belgian Science policy office and the Federal Justice department. The aim of this summary is to provide an overview of the main conclusions of the scientific research with an emphasis on the formulated policy recommendations based on the research findings.
