dc.descriptionThe peculiarities of a candidate INTERMAGNET compatible 1-second magnetometer design are considered and analyzed. A new magnetometer func-tional diagram, which combines analogue and digital processing, is proposed. The first results of the magnetometer prototype tests are presented and discussed.
