| dc.description | Climatology of the free atmosphere at the station Uccle, based on the soundings for the period 1951-1965. Particularly, for each variable (geo potential, temperature, missing-ratio) : 1° the distribution of daily values, monthly mean and extremes are determined by estimation of appropriate parameters ; 2° a better estimation of these parameters is obtained through the study of their seasonal variation with the aid of a selective harmonic analysis; 3° the persistence of the daily values is investigated. | |
| dc.description | On étudie la climatologie de l’atmosphère libre à la station d’Uccle à partir des sondages de la période 1951-1965. En particulier, pour chacune des grandeurs envisagées (géo potentiel, température, rapport de mélange) : 1° on détermine les lois de répartition des valeurs journalières, des moyennes mensuelles et des extrêmes mensuels par l’estimation de paramètres appropriés ; 2° on améliore l’estimation de ces paramètres grâce a l’étude de leur variation saisonnière à l’aide d’une analyse harmonique sélective ; 3° on examine la persistance des valeurs journalières. | |
| dc.description | Men bestudeert de klimatologie van de vrije atmosfeer in het station Ukkel, met behulp van de peilingen van de periode 1951-1965. In ’t bijzonder voor de beschouwde grootheden (geo potentiaal, temperatuur, mengverhouding) : 1° bepaalt men de verdelingswetten van de dagelijkse waarden, van de maandelijkse gemiddelden en maandelijkse extremen, door schatting van geschikte parameters; 2° verbetert men de schatting van deze parameters door de studie van hun seizoenveranderingen, met behulp van een selectieve harmonische analyse; 3° bestudeert men de bestendigheid van de dagelijkse waarden. | |
