    Description
The chapter focuses on the problem of parameterization when the grid-box length approaches the dimensions of convective elements (100m-10km). In this 'grey zone' of deep convection, using a parameterization remains necessary, but it must be adapted to address specific issues that are less important at coarser resolution.
