Des enregistrements réguliers du bilan radiative sont effectués à Uccle depuis 1972. Ils complètent les observations du rayonnement solaire global et de ses composantes dont les mesures sont régulièrement publiées par l’IRM depuis 1951. Le but de cette étude est d’analyser les composantes du bilan du rayonnement terrestre en fonction des conditions atmosphériques en vue de rechercher des relations simples liant ces grandeurs aux paramètres climatiques classiques (températures de l’air, pression de vapeur d’eau au sol, rayonnement global, durée d’insolation). Ces paramétrisations doivent aussi permettre d’estimer les valeurs moyennes des composantes du bilan radiatif ainsi que leurs variations horaires et saisonnières.Sinds 1972 wordt de stralingsbalans regelmatig geregistreerd te Ukkel. Zij vervolledigt de waarneming van de globale zonnestraling en haar componenten die regelmatig gepubliceerd worden sinds 1951. Deze studie heeft tot doel de componenten van de langgolvige straling te analyseren in functie van de atmosferische voorwaarden om eenvoudige relaties te kunnen opstellen die deze grootheid verbindt met de klassieke meteorologische parameters (temperatuur van de lucht, waterdampdruk aan de grond, globaal straling en duur van de zonneschijn). Deze parametrisatie moet toelaten om de gemiddelde waarden te schatten van de stralingsbalans alsook de veranderingen per uur en per seizoen.Systematic measurements of net radiation have been recorded in Uccle since 1972. They complete observations of solar global radiation and their components the measurements of which have been regularly published by the IRM since 1951. The present study is concerned with the analysis of the components of the net radiation of long wavelengths with respect to the atmospheric conditions in view of determining simple relationships between these quantities together with the classical parameters of the climate (air temperature, water vapor pressure, global radiation, duration of sunshine). This parameterization must also permit estimation of the mean values of the components of the net radiation as well as their hourly and seasonal variations.
